Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and bending
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- create WOW moments that positively impact customers
- assist customers with orders for various Starbucks services
- provide product suggestions and help with special orders
- ensure quality service and products by following safety and sanitation procedures
- respond to customer questions efficiently
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- build trustful relationships with customers to encourage return visits
- stock product and product displays according to merchandising standards
