Job Requirements

- Ability to complete training and obtain Barista certification

Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- Determine customer needs and make product suggestions
- Conduct sampling and suggestive selling
- Assist Food Service Manager in hiring new associates
- Coach and train new associates to Barista certification
- Direct certified Barista associates to follow store and company policies
- Follow all health, safety, and food safety guidelines
- Maintain clean and appealing customer service area
- Keep workstation neat and organized according to 5S standards
- Exhibit "just say yes" behavior with customers
- Prepare a variety of beverage orders to company standards
- Perform cleaning tasks per schedules and standards
- Follow merchandising, stocking, and rotation standards
- Ensure proper equipment maintenance
- Handle cash and register policies and procedures
- Follow inventory control policies
- Manage product and supply orders
- Maintain all required recordkeeping
- Complete initial training and pass Barista certification with 90% or better
- Perform other duties as assigned
