Job Duties
- Greet every customer with eye contact and smile authentically
- Acknowledge every waiting customer promptly at the register
- Listen to customer needs and ask follow-up questions to recommend appropriate products
- Ensure customers have an extraordinary shopping experience
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers
- Prepare hand-crafted quality beverages to brand specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
