Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation is a plus

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages according to Starbucks standards
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment
- Assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations
- Handle cash register and complete transactions accurately
- Restock supplies and inventory as needed
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills
