Job Duties
- Prepare and serve favorite Starbucks beverages and food items with care and accuracy
- Engage customers with friendly and knowledgeable service to create memorable experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment
- Promote merchandise, whole beans, and new product offerings to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Participate actively in training and learning opportunities to enhance skills
