Job Duties
- Prepare coffee shop beverages
- prepare food items according to procedures
- ensure food and beverages are handled safely and work environment is clean
- operate cash register and process various payment forms
- stock items and rotate merchandise displays
- maintain knowledge of store programs and product locations
- notify department lead or manager of supply needs
- comply with company policies on security and cash handling
- maintain department cleanliness and safety compliance
- communicate programs, specials, and coupons to customers
- follow PPE, safety, and food safety guidelines
- follow guest experience guidelines
- perform tasks in other departments as assigned
- additional responsibilities as needed
