Job Duties

  • Prepare coffee shop beverages
  • prepare food items according to procedures
  • ensure food and beverages are handled safely and work environment is clean
  • operate cash register and process various payment forms
  • stock items and rotate merchandise displays
  • maintain knowledge of store programs and product locations
  • notify department lead or manager of supply needs
  • comply with company policies on security and cash handling
  • maintain department cleanliness and safety compliance
  • communicate programs, specials, and coupons to customers
  • follow PPE, safety, and food safety guidelines
  • follow guest experience guidelines
  • perform tasks in other departments as assigned
  • additional responsibilities as needed
