Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Ability to work weekend shifts including Sunday as applicable
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds
- Ability to grasp, push, pull, carry, stoop, twist, crouch and reach
- Good hand-eye-foot coordination
- Ability to hear and respond to customer inquiries
- Commitment to following all health, safety and operational procedures
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions
- Authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Ability to follow Starbucks recipe and presentation standards
- Basic understanding of health, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and safety policies
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization during busy shifts
Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge to create the Starbucks experience for guests by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products
- Provide beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all guests by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- Follow health, food safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Deliver legendary guest service to all guests by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the guest
- Discover and respond to guest needs
