Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous cash handling and customer service experience
  • able to effectively communicate in English both written and verbal
  • basic computer skills preferred
  • obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • verify right to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Previous cash handling and customer service experience
  • 6 months of previous experience working in high volume, fast-paced restaurant or coffeehouse environment preferred
  • previous experience working in a team or group environment
  • prior experience with Infogenesis systems preferred
  • able to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
  • basic computer skills preferred
  • at least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • verify right to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Maintain knowledge of all menu options, take orders, and serve the prepared items to the guests
  • provide legendary Starbucks service throughout every guest encounter
  • prepare drink orders according to Starbucks standards
  • manage cash bank, ensuring balance is accurate at the end of the shift
  • check in warehouse orders and put items away in a timely manner according to procedure, utilizing proper signage
  • ensure adequate supplies are available for the shift, including ribbons, comp paper, cash drop envelopes and receipt paper
  • retain receipts for all transactions, and records and reconciles transactions on the point of sale system
  • provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow employees
  • perform other duties as assigned
