Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous cash handling and customer service experience
- able to effectively communicate in English both written and verbal
- basic computer skills preferred
- obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- verify right to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience
- 6 months of previous experience working in high volume, fast-paced restaurant or coffeehouse environment preferred
- previous experience working in a team or group environment
- prior experience with Infogenesis systems preferred
- able to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
- basic computer skills preferred
- at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- verify right to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Maintain knowledge of all menu options, take orders, and serve the prepared items to the guests
- provide legendary Starbucks service throughout every guest encounter
- prepare drink orders according to Starbucks standards
- manage cash bank, ensuring balance is accurate at the end of the shift
- check in warehouse orders and put items away in a timely manner according to procedure, utilizing proper signage
- ensure adequate supplies are available for the shift, including ribbons, comp paper, cash drop envelopes and receipt paper
- retain receipts for all transactions, and records and reconciles transactions on the point of sale system
- provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow employees
- perform other duties as assigned
