Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times
- Ability to safely handle merchandise, including lifting up to 44 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to work in environments ranging from 34°F to -10°F
- Ability to work in areas with common allergens
- Ability to remain mobile during entire shifts
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately as needed
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and technology equipment
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing fresh and abundant products during all hours of operation
- Uphold and maintain the execution of Food & Beverage standards
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, inventory routines, cleaning, signing, and organizing
- Be aware of current and future Starbucks promotions
- Follow all Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent guest experience efficiently and safely
- Support the Starbucks Drive-Up process to ensure accurate and timely digital order fulfillment
- Maintain an inviting dining area for guests throughout shifts
