Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages according to company standards
- Engage with customers to provide friendly and knowledgeable service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station and store areas
- Assist customers with product selections including pastries, merchandise, and coffee beans
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
