Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Must be available to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
- Ability to maintain positive customer service attitude
- Must adhere to company time and attendance policies
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Food service or coffee experience a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to learn to mix a wide variety of coffee and tea products
- Knowledge of ingredients used in various products
- Ability to work with Starbucks ingredients including coffees, teas, spices, nuts, flavorings, sauces, and oils
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills with constant interaction with various individuals
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
Job Duties
- Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times
- Take customer orders and ensure orders are completed in a timely manner and to customers' satisfaction
- Prepare, bag, pour, and stock Starbucks products, rotating items to ensure product quality and safety
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and fellow associates
- Engage with customers, offering product information, suggestive selling, and sampling
- Process cash register transactions using POS system
- Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
