Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Fully conversational in English
- Able to lift 35 pounds in weight
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel and crouch
- Must be able to work varied hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather conditions
- Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including espresso machines and grinders, coffee brews, ovens, and blenders

Job Duties
- Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to ensure smooth store operations and set a positive example for the shift team
- Assist with new crew training by positively reinforcing successful performance and providing respectful and encouraging coaching as needed
- Deliver the OTG experience to all guests by prioritizing their needs and connecting with them
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure resources are easily located and accessible for the crew
- Provide quality beverages, whole beans, and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Communicate product shortages, equipment issues, or quality of service problems to the manager on duty immediately
- Maintain a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance
- Perform other duties as assigned
