Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or retail experience preferred
- Ability to operate coffee making equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Eagerness to learn and work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages meeting company quality standards
- Engage with customers to create a warm and welcoming environment
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- Assist with stocking and merchandising food, beverage, and merchandise items
- Learn and adhere to store policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
