Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to maintain constant contact and interaction with customers and team members
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Food service or coffee experience a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to learn how to mix a wide variety of coffee and tea products
- Knowledge of ingredients that go into various products
- Able to work with various Starbucks ingredients including coffees, teas, spices, nuts, flavorings, sauces, and oils
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Have constant contact and interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
Job Duties
- Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times
- Take customer orders, ensure orders are completed in a timely manner and to the customer's satisfaction
- Prepare, bag, pour, and stock Starbucks products, rotating items to ensure product quality and safety
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and fellow associates
- Engage with customers, offering product information, using suggestive selling techniques, and sampling products
- Process cash register transactions using POS system
- Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
