Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages according to company recipes and quality standards
- Engage with customers to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Starbucks area and equipment
- Stock and replenish inventory including pastries, food offerings, and merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operation and customer satisfaction
- Assist in training new employees and supporting team development
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
