Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food products with high quality and consistency
- Interact with customers to provide exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area including equipment and utensils
- Stock and merchandise products such as whole beans, pastries, and merchandise
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding food safety and hygiene
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
