Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Starbucks coffee and tea beverages with accuracy and quality
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and making their experience memorable
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and store
- Assist with merchandise stocking and presentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operation
- Learn and apply knowledge of new products and promotions
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety and compliance
