Job Requirements
- Less than high school education or equivalent experience
- Six months or less of related work experience
- Ability to follow detailed but uninvolved instructions
- Ability to do simple addition and subtraction
- Ability to understand verbal or demonstrated instructions
- Ability to carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Visual acuity for distance and color vision
- Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Adherence to company policies and hygiene standards
- Reliable and punctual attendance
Job Qualifications

- Ability to follow detailed written or verbal instructions
- Basic math skills including simple addition and subtraction
- Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions
Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience
- Smile and greet customers in a friendly manner
- Learn customers' names and address them by name when possible
- Assist customers by escorting them to products, securing products out of reach, loading heavy items, noting customer suggestions
- Answer the telephone promptly and provide friendly service
- Take customer orders at the counter
- Work with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle food safely and maintain a clean work area
- Review food status for freshness
- Ensure adequate food supply and follow production lists
- Anticipate daily product needs
- Prepare and replenish products
- Check in products and review invoices
- Run registers and handle payments
- Remove trash promptly
- Maintain adherence to hygiene and dress guidelines
- Follow company policies and report to work on time
- Wash dishes and order products as necessary
- Price products
- Assist other store areas as needed
- Perform other job-related duties and projects as required
