Job Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required

- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Enthusiasm for coffee, tea, and food service
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food items to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging warmly and attentively with customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment
- Assist in stocking and merchandising products including merchandise and whole beans
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the store
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and product knowledge
