Job Duties
- Prepare and serve favorite Starbucks beverages accurately and efficiently
- Greet and engage with customers to provide exceptional service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and store
- Assist in stocking and merchandising products including pastries and merchandise
- Learn and adhere to food safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Support the community involvement initiatives of the store
