Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to create a welcoming environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment
- Promote and educate customers on new products and menu offerings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations
- Handle transactions and operate cash registers accurately
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
