Job Requirements
- Flexible to schedule between 5:30am-4:30pm
- Availability to work approximately 28 hours per week
- Year-round availability
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments
- Knowledge of state health codes for food handling
- Teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain drink consistency and learn new recipes

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to memorize and accurately reproduce beverage recipes
- Interest in coffee preparation and product knowledge
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and menu items
Job Duties
- Prepare Starbucks beverages and refreshments following company recipes and standards
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills by engaging customers with appreciation and kindness
- Maintain drink quality and consistency through precise memorization of beverage creation sequence
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in food handling
