Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to climb up and down ladders
- Ability to scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Ability to work in environments ranging from 34°F to -10°F
- Ability to work in spaces where common allergens may be present or handled
- Capability to remain mobile during scheduled shifts
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest's needs over tasks
- Uphold and maintain execution of Food & Beverage Standards
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing and storing reserve product
- Always be aware of current and future promotions within Starbucks
- Follow all Target and Starbucks routines to deliver consistent guest experiences while completing tasks efficiently and maintaining food safety
- Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and engaging to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards
