Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee and tea preparation is a plus

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Starbucks coffee beverages and other menu items
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Stock and replenish merchandise and supplies
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions accurately
- Assist with training new team members
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work culture
