Job Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- climb up and down ladders
- scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays with reliable and prompt attendance necessary
- ability to work in an environment that ranges from 34F to -10F as needed
- ability to work in spaces where common allergens may be handled or present
- capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up and carryout
- ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift with varying shift lengths
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
- ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- work both independently and with a team
- resolve guest questions quickly
- attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest's needs over task
- uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards
- execute food and beverage processes including food deliveries, replenishment, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing, and storing reserve product
- support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- produce handcrafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards
- complete and record all cleaning tasks in the Starbucks space as outlined in best practices
- work in a safe manner at all times and comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training
