Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages to customers with attention to quality and consistency
- Engage with customers to provide friendly, personalized service and ensure a positive experience
- Maintain clean and organized workstations, including beverage preparation areas and dining space
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for customers and team members
- Assist in stocking and merchandising products, including pastries, merchandise, and whole beans
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve skills and product knowledge
