Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- less than high school education or equivalent experience
- six months or less of similar or related work experience
- ability to perform medium work including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- clarity of vision at a distance, color vision, depth perception, and field of vision
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- pass pre-employment drug screen

Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions
- smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- makes an effort to learn customers' names and address them by name
- assists customers by escorting them to products, securing products out of reach, loading heavy items, passing along customer suggestions
- answers telephone promptly and takes customer orders
- takes customer orders at the counter
- works with co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction and pleasant work environment
- handles food safely and keeps work area clean
- reviews the freshness and appearance of food
- ensures adequate food supply and follows production list
- anticipates product needs and replenishes products
- checks in and puts away product and reviews invoices
- runs department registers and handles payment
- removes trash promptly
- maintains personal hygiene and dress standards
- adheres to company policies and store guidelines
- reports to work scheduled and on time
