Job Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb ladders safely
- Efficiently scan, handle, and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 34F to -10F
- Ability to work in environments with common allergens
- Capability to remain mobile during entire shift
- Ability to comply with food safety and OSHA regulations
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and guest resolution skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Ability to remain focused and composed in fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest experience by providing fresh and abundant shopping experience
- Uphold and maintain execution of Food & Beverage Standards
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, inventory routines, cleaning, signing, and organizing reserve product
- Follow Target and Starbucks routines to deliver consistent guest experience
- Support Starbucks Drive-Up process and ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Engage with guests to meet and exceed Starbucks standards
- Produce handcrafted beverages and food following recipe specifications
