Job Requirements

Successful candidates will be team-oriented and adaptable
Reliable with a commitment to maintaining a healthy and safe work environment
No prior work experience required but preferred
Open availability for varying shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to attend work on scheduled shifts with satisfactory regularity
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage preferred
Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Certification as Starbucks Barista may be required at some locations

Job Duties

Greet customers and take orders
Mix and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks
Record all sales and operate cash registers handling cash, credit cards, and electronic payments
Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
