Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must comply with store policies and procedures
- Willingness to learn and develop barista skills
- Basic knowledge of coffee and tea is a plus
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
Job Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to learn and follow recipes and procedures

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Starbucks coffee and espresso beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Handle transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Assist in stocking and merchandising Starbucks products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
