Job Requirements

Ability to accurately handle cash register operations as needed
Capability to climb ladders
Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise safely including lifting up to 44 pounds
Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times
Reliable and prompt attendance
Ability to work in temperature conditions ranging from 34F to -10F
Ability to work in environments where common allergens may be present
Capability to remain mobile throughout a shift
Strong commitment to safety policies and practices

Job Qualifications

Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
Ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and technology equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Capacity to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
Completion of required training and certifications related to Starbucks product quality control

Job Duties

Provide a consistent Starbucks experience for guests by curating handcrafted beverages and ensuring food quality and freshness management
Follow state and federal food safety and OSHA guidelines
Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing fresh and abundant products throughout operating hours, prioritizing guest needs
Uphold and maintain the execution of Food & Beverage standards
Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, inventory routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and storage
Support Starbucks Drive Up process to fulfill digital guest orders accurately and promptly
Engage with guests to meet and exceed expectations based on Starbucks standards
