Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Good communication skills
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service preferred
Knowledge of coffee and tea beverage preparation is a plus

Job Duties

Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages to customers
Provide excellent and friendly customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station
Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
Restock supplies and merchandise as needed
Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere
Follow health and safety guidelines during food and beverage preparation
