Job Requirements

Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
Climb up and down ladders
Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds
Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Reliable and prompt attendance necessary
Ability to work in environments ranging from 34F to -10F as needed
Ability to work in spaces where common allergens may be handled or present
Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity and other elements
Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift

Job Qualifications

Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed
Work both independently and with a team
Resolve guest questions quickly
Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

Job Duties

Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations
Uphold and maintain execution of Food & Beverage Standards
Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, organizing, and storing reserve product
Support Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
Maintain an inviting dining area for guests throughout shift
Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards
Produce handcrafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards
