Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to provide excellent customer service consistently
- Ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food service or coffee experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to learn how to mix a wide variety of coffee and tea products
- Knowledge of ingredients in various Starbucks products including coffees, teas, spices, nuts, flavorings, sauces, and oils
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Capability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Strong communication skills for constant interaction with customers and colleagues
- Willingness to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
Job Duties
- Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times
- Take customer orders and ensure timely completion to customers' satisfaction
- Prepare, bag, pour, and stock Starbucks products, rotating items for quality and safety
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and fellow associates
- Engage with customers by offering product information, suggestive selling, and sampling
- Process cash register transactions using POS system
- Provide quality beverages and food products by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote company culture and values
- Follow all routine and safety procedures when operating tools and equipment
- Adhere to company food safety program and food-handling procedures
- Attend on-site work during scheduled shifts and comply with time and attendance policies
