Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service
- Determine customer needs and make product suggestions
- Assist Food Service Manager in hiring new associates
- Coach and train new associates to Barista Certification
- Ensure compliance with store, Price Chopper policies and procedures
- Follow health, safety, and food safety guidelines
- Maintain clean and organized customer service and work areas
- Prepare a variety of customer beverage orders to standards
- Perform cleaning tasks according to schedule and standards
- Follow merchandising standards and manage stocking and rotation
- Assure equipment maintenance and upkeep
- Handle all cash and register operations
- Follow inventory control policies
- Manage product and supply orders
- Complete recordkeeping as per procedures
- Demonstrate performance standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned
