Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service
- Determine customer needs and make product suggestions
- Sample and suggest products to customers
- Assist Food Service Manager in hiring new associates
- Coach and train new associates to Barista Certification
- Ensure self and associates follow store policies and procedures
- Follow all health, safety, and food safety guidelines
- Assist customers in product selection
- Maintain clean and appealing customer service area and equipment
- Keep workstation neat, clean, and organized according to 5S standards
- Prepare a variety of customer beverage orders to standards
- Perform all cleaning tasks according to schedules and standards
- Follow merchandising standards, stocking, and stock rotation
- Ensure equipment maintenance procedures and schedules are followed
- Perform cash handling and register procedures accurately
- Follow inventory control policies
- Manage product and supply orders to meet business needs
- Maintain all recordkeeping per company procedures
- Complete initial store training and pass Barista certification with 90% or better
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
