Job Requirements

  • Must be able to read, write, speak and communicate effectively in English
  • basic math and computer skills
  • able to work 40 hours per week including every other weekend
  • able to work from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • willingness to operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment
  • able to multitask and maintain safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Must be able to read, write, speak and communicate effectively in English
  • basic math and computer skills
  • high school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • food service and cash handling experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Produce a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes from a complex combination of ingredients according to standardized recipes
  • learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes
  • work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
  • multitask to perform roles including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation responsibilities
  • operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment, troubleshoot equipment issues and refer to leadership as needed
  • identify ingredients or finished products that do not meet quality standards and correct issues immediately
  • maintain safety and sanitation standards
  • prepare for semi-annual health department and external regulatory inspections
  • create personalized customer experiences while demonstrating product knowledge and fulfilling specific customer requests accurately
  • perform effective service recovery if products do not meet customer expectations
