Job Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, speak and communicate effectively in English
- basic math and computer skills
- able to work 40 hours per week including every other weekend
- able to work from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- willingness to operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment
- able to multitask and maintain safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, speak and communicate effectively in English
- basic math and computer skills
- high school graduate or equivalent preferred
- food service and cash handling experience preferred
Job Duties
- Produce a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes from a complex combination of ingredients according to standardized recipes
- learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes
- work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
- multitask to perform roles including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation responsibilities
- operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment, troubleshoot equipment issues and refer to leadership as needed
- identify ingredients or finished products that do not meet quality standards and correct issues immediately
- maintain safety and sanitation standards
- prepare for semi-annual health department and external regulatory inspections
- create personalized customer experiences while demonstrating product knowledge and fulfilling specific customer requests accurately
- perform effective service recovery if products do not meet customer expectations
