Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 44 pounds and climbing ladders
- Ability to work in varying temperatures from 34°F to -10°F
- Experience handling food safely per state and federal regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use technology equipment such as handheld scanners and communication devices
- Commitment to safety compliance and ethical conduct
- Reliable and prompt attendance
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Capable of working independently and with a team
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with lifting up to 44 pounds and moving merchandise safely
- Flexible to work varying hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience
- Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, organizing, and storing reserve product
- Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Maintain an inviting dining area for guests throughout shift
- Engage with guests to meet and exceed Starbucks standards
- Produce handcrafted beverages and food to recipe specifications
- Follow food safety requirements including monitoring temperature sensitive items
- Complete cleaning tasks in the Starbucks space
- Identify and process damaged, recalled, or expired items
- Ensure accurate in-stocks by placing store-initiated orders
- Follow inventory procedures for accurate recording
- Execute sampling best practices
- Complete all required training and certifications
- Work safely and comply with all safety policies
- Support guest services including back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-Up
- Greet guests while completing tasks
- Assist guests with their needs in a welcoming manner
- Thank guests for choosing Target
- Perform other duties based on business needs
