Job Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays with reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in environments ranging from 34°F to -10°F
- Ability to work in spaces where common allergens may be handled or present
- Capable of working in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Capability to resolve guest questions quickly
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
Job Duties
- Provide a consistent Starbucks experience for guests by curating handcrafted Starbucks beverages and food quality and freshness management
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience prioritizing guest needs over task during all hours of operations
- Uphold and maintain execution of Food & Beverage standards
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, organization, and storing reserve product
- Support the Starbucks Drive Up process ensuring digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Maintain an inviting dining area for guests throughout shift
- Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards
