Job Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, speak and communicate effectively in English
- basic math and computer skills
- ability to work full time, 40 hours weekly
- availability to work Monday to Sunday including every other weekend
- ability to work 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. shifts
- ability to operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment
- ability to maintain safety and sanitation standards of the work area
- comply with Corewell Health vaccine and drug-free workplace policies
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, speak and communicate effectively in English
- basic math and computer skills
- high school graduate or equivalent preferred
- food service and cash handling experience preferred
Job Duties
- Produce a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes according to standardized recipes
- learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes
- work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- multitask duties including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation
- operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment and troubleshoot issues
- identify and correct products that do not meet quality standards
- prepare for health department and regulatory inspections
- create personalized customer experiences and demonstrate product knowledge
- perform effective service recovery
