Job Requirements

Minimum age of 16 years
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and coordinate hand-eye-foot movements
Willingness to work weekend shifts including Sundays
Ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

Minimum age of 16 years
Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation preferred
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties

Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge to create the Starbucks experience for guests by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products
Provide beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all guests by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
Follow health, food safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
Follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Deliver legendary guest service to all guests by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the guest
Discover and respond to guest needs
