Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, and efficient customer service
- Determine customer needs and suggest appropriate products
- Assist in hiring new associates
- Coach and train new associates to Barista certification
- Ensure adherence to store and Price Chopper policies and procedures
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and customer service areas
- Prepare customer beverage orders according to standards
- Perform scheduled cleaning tasks
- Follow merchandising standards, stocking, and product rotation
- Conduct equipment maintenance according to procedures
- Handle cash and register policies
- Manage inventory control and product ordering
- Maintain recordkeeping in accordance with company policies
- Complete training and obtain Barista certification
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
