Job Requirements
- Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or retail is beneficial
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting
- Availability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to uphold company policies and health standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills required
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is an advantage

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food items following company recipes and quality standards
- Provide friendly, engaging customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area including equipment, utensils, and condiment stations
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions accurately, and maintain balanced cash drawers
- Assist with stocking and restocking inventory such as merchandise, beverages, and food supplies
- Participate actively in team efforts to meet store goals and ensure a positive customer experience
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for customers and employees
