Job Duties
- Prepare coffee shop beverages
- prepare food items according to procedures
- ensure food and beverages are handled safely and work environment is clean
- operate cash register to itemize purchases and process payments
- stock and rotate coffee items and merchandise displays
- maintain knowledge of store programs and product locations
- notify management when products and supplies need ordering
- comply with company policies regarding security and cash handling
- maintain clean and well-stocked department
- communicate company programs and promotions to customers
- follow all personal protective equipment and safety guidelines
- follow food safety and cleaning standards
- follow guest experience guidelines
- perform tasks in other departments as needed
- additional responsibilities as assigned
