Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry is an asset
- Basic knowledge of coffee and tea products preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service
- Prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages to Starbucks standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Promote and sell Starbucks products including beverages, food, merchandise, and whole beans
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient store operations
- Assist in training new baristas and share knowledge about product offerings
- Uphold company values and contribute to a positive work environment
