Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous food service experience preferred
- basic knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
- ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to work in varying temperature conditions from 34F to -10F
- capacity to remain mobile and stand for the duration of the shift
- compliance with all safety policies and best practices
- ability to climb ladders
- willingness to work in environments where allergens may be present
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
- ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- work both independently and with a team
- attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- complete all required training and certifications related to quality control of Starbucks products
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations prioritizing the guest's needs over task
- uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards
- execute food and beverage processes including food deliveries replenishment instocks routines data accuracy culling rotation cleaning signing and organizing and storing reserve product
- follow all Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent experience for guests while completing tasks efficiently and maintaining food safety
- support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards
- produce handcrafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards
