- One year of retail or related experience preferred
- Good verbal communication skills

- Ability to handle cash and operate register equipment
Job Duties
- Prepare coffee shop beverages
- brew, mix and/or blend beverages according to set standards
- Prepare food items according to procedures
- Ensure food and beverages are handled safely and work environment is clean
- Operate cash register and process payments, including cash, checks, credit cards, gift certificates, and coupons
- Stock items and rotate coffee merchandise displays
- Communicate company programs, in-store specials, and loyalty programs to customers
- Maintain understanding of store programs and product locations
- Notify department lead or manager for ordering products and supplies
- Comply with company policies on security, cash handling, product handling, and safety
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked department following safety and sanitation standards
- Follow PPE, safety, food safety, cleaning, and guest experience guidelines
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
