Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check if required
- Able to comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or food service roles is an advantage
- Ability to learn and operate coffee equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a memorable experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Assist with stocking and displaying merchandise and food items
- Operate coffee making equipment safely and effectively
- Collaborate with team members to meet store operational goals
- Engage with customers to promote new and seasonal products
