- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to company standards
- Engage with customers to provide friendly and personalized service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage preparation area
- Assist with stocking and inventory management of supplies and products
- Promote and upsell new pastry, food offerings, merchandise, and whole beans
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills
