Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages following company recipes and standards
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming and friendly environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment
- Assist in merchandising and promoting Starbucks products and whole bean coffees
- Support team members and collaborate to ensure efficient store operations
- Learn and apply new skills related to beverage preparation and customer service
